How do I start?

Please call or email me and we can discuss your child and your concerns. In some cases, I will need a prescription from your physician to evaluate and treat your child. I will send you an intake form to find out more history and background of your child. We then coordinate a date and time that works for our schedules for me to complete a formal assessment with your child and formulate a plan for treatment.

Do I need to be present for treatment sessions?

A parent does not have to be present for the evaluation or treatment sessions. I can see a child at their private preschool/school, childcare location, or home. I can call a parent to discuss findings and recommendations. Parent/s are always welcome to be present for the evaluation and/or treatment sessions.

How often will you see my child?

After evaluating your child, we will form a treatment plan that will depend on the severity of delays and the availability of the child/family. Most treatment plans follow a 2 times per week plan, or occasionally a 1 time per week plan.

What do you charge for your services?

The charge for a formalized evaluation is $150. You will be provided with the written report and a copy can be sent to your child’s pediatrician if you choose. Each treatment session is $100 and lasts between 30-45 minutes per session.

How do I pay for your services?

I take payment by cash, check, Venmo, or PayPal. I email invoices for services at the end of each month.

Do you accept any insurance plans?

I am not contracted with any insurance companies. Every family is free to file with their insurance directly and send my invoices for reimbursement. If this is something you are interested in, I suggest calling your insurance company to discuss the claim process and to find out what paperwork is needed to get reimbursed. I do not file insurance claims on behalf of clients.
