“Having collaborated with OT's for over 20 years, I find Emily to be one of the most talented OT's with whom I have ever worked. She understands her patients’ needs and builds rapport easily with children and caregivers. Her therapeutic activities are creative and individualized. She educates parents in a way that empowers them. Every child that I have ever referred to Emily has made progress.”

“Emily has been such an incredible light to my son’s life, and to our whole family! Emily has been working with my son since he was an infant in the NICU. As a premature baby born at 26 weeks, George had a lot of catching up to do. When Emily came into our lives, I was scared, exhausted, and completely overwhelmed. She brought peace, warmth, hope, and expertise… and George has excelled under her care ever since. George absolutely adores her and lights up when she walks through the door. She always takes the time to go above and beyond to help explain things and help me, as a mom, know what to work on outside of her visits as well. We will be forever grateful!”

My son Patrick has Down Syndrome. He is very perceptive and opinionated and this can pose a behavioral challenge at times. In addition, he is in great need of help with his fine motor skills and assistance with activities of daily living. Emily has worked with him since he was age 3, he is now 8. During that time she has not only helped him to achieve multiple goals, she has done it with more patience then I have ever seen in any one person, and believe me, Patrick knows how to test one’s patience! She not only shows compassion for her clients and their needs, she shows a deep passion for her profession. She is easy to communicate with, and always works hard to meet the needs of her clients and their family. I would highly recommend her to any person or family.
